A mouse can fit through a gap the size of a dime
Mice and rats move indoors when the weather cools, and in Ontario that means every fall. A mouse can squeeze through a gap about 6 mm wide, and a young rat through a hole the size of a quarter.
Traps alone catch the mice you have today. Lasting control means finding and sealing how they got in, around pipes, vents, garage doors, foundations and rooflines.

Mice & Rat Control questions
Are mice or rats more common in Toronto?
Both are common. Rats are frequent in older Toronto neighbourhoods, near laneways, construction and restaurants. Mice are more common in houses and condos across the GTA and Simcoe County.
Is bait safe for my kids and pets?
We use tamper-resistant stations placed out of reach, and in sensitive areas we rely on traps and exclusion instead. We will always explain what we use and where.
Why do mice come back every fall?
Because the entry points were never sealed. Exclusion is the step that stops the cycle.
Can you help my restaurant or warehouse?
Yes. We set up scheduled rodent programs with monitoring stations and service logs. See our commercial page.
